I work with organisations, funders, social entrepreneurs, and impact investors to build, strengthen, and fund social impact that makes a real difference, through strategy, project management, facilitation, and coaching.

Background
For over 15 years, Gayatri has worked with impact driven entrepreneurship, social sustainability, innovation, organizational development and facilitation. Designing and leading processes for culturally diverse groups in international contexts, working closely with vulnerable communities, politicians, entrepreneurs, NGO’s, funders, impact investors and companies.
Track Record
Gayatri has founded two social businesses, The Good Tribe and The Good Talents, and she has coached and supported the start-up of many others. In 2016, she was selected as one of Sweden's Top 100 Talents, and The Good Talents was recognised as a Change Leader by Reach for Change, earning a place in their incubator programme for high-impact social innovators. The Good Talents has also received support from the Swedish Crown Princess Couple's Foundation and worked in close partnering with Deloitte and several other stakeholders both within public and private sector.
Gayatri later took on the role as Senior Program Manager at Reach for Change, where she had the privilege to lead Next In Mind, a collective impact initiative co-founded by The Inner Foundation, Reach for Change, and Tim Bergling Foundation, addressing the rising mental health challenges facing emerging adults across the Nordics - scaling readiness capacity building support for social entrepreneurs alongside targeted ecosystem and advocacy work. Gayatri has also worked as an associate for Effektfullt, developing strategies for impact measurement and spent several years at Reach for Change developing and running incubator programs and supporting organisations through different stages of growth, from early start-up to preparing for scale.
Trainings & Certifications
Gayatri is a certified trainer in Radical Collaboration, a research-based leadership program focused on raising trust and openness in organisations and teams. She is also certified in Susan Wheelan's IMGD (Integrated Model of Group Development), a research-based framework for understanding and strengthening how groups and teams develop over time. As a Singularity University Nordics alumni she has completed advanced training with Singularity University Nordic, focusing on leveraging exponential technologies and future-oriented frameworks to drive organizational innovation.
Beyond The Work
Alongside this work, Gayatri has a deep connection to the sea, as a sailor and freediver. I am working on an artistic endeavour exploring heritage, identity, and societal questions around belonging and representation, told through underwater performance and fine art photography, performed on one breath.
